How is the Joe story related to all this?

In one of her stories Old Joe and Young Joe have found a catalogue of objects.
I don't know what they did next.

But more importantly, the single use final relocator is on the list.

It's a single use item.
And this environment manipulator only sees your environment.
But we would need it on our environment to be helpful.
