the ongstate file

This is the file which defines the state of an ONGoing story. It has two numbers separated by a space. The first number is the state. The second number is the most recent frame. Valid values for the state are:

0 - not started
1 - ongoing, last frame not seen yet
2 - ongoing, last frame already seen
3 - finished

To start the story change the state from 0 to 1.
When story is ketchiupped from elsewhere the only valid value is 2.
